Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. This excludes weekends and holidays – processing time may increase during sales or around holidays. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We work hard to quickly turn around orders, so your bestie can sport their collars as soon as possible.
Once order is shipped you will receive an e-mail with tracking information. Most orders can expect to be deliver within 5 business days, depending on location. We ship out of New Jersey.
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders $50 and over. We offer overnight and express shipping, but that will incur a shipping fee even on orders over $50. Overnight and express shipping will also not expedite the processing time.
Return Policy
Ultimutt Bestie collars are custom and handmade. They are made-to-order, in house, by us, a mother/daughter duo. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Before purchasing please use our size guide, which includes video tutorials, to make sure you are ordering the right size for your bestie.
We only accept returns or exchanges on orders that arrived damaged. If you have an issue with your order, please use contact form or email us, with an image of the damage, within 3 days of receiving your order, so we can make it right!
If you ordered the wrong size you can send it back and we can restring it for you, this will incur a restringing fee. Please email us or use our contact form and we will send you the link.
