Having the perfect fit for your bestie's collar necklace ensures they are both comfortable and safe. This is why we stress measuring your pet properly, and not guessing. Please refer to the size guides below for information on how to measure for your new pearl collar.
All collars are made-to-order and once an order is placed, we consider it final. Please do not guess you’re pet’s measurements.
BEFORE YOU MEASURE
To get the most accurate measurement, we highly recommend using a flexible measuring tape. You can buy one online or print it out and tape it together. Do NOT use a ruler.

GET THE PERFECT FIT
Do not guess you’re pet’s measurements. All collars are made-to-order and once an order is placed, we consider it final.
For slip-on & martingale styles, you will need to measure both the head and neck. Please provide the larger of the two measurements when selecting a collar size.
For side-release and adjustable styles, you will need to measure the neck.
HOW TO MEASURE
1. Snugly measure around the widest part of your pet’s head, which is normally just in front of the ears and around the jaw.
2. While your pet is still and standing, measure the middle of your pet’s neck, or where you would like it to rest on your pet.
Our collars strung with stainless steel cable, and DO NOT stretch. Do not add fingers under measuring tape or extra size, this will result in the collar being too big. If your pup is fluffy or has longer hair, we recommend ordering no more than 1 inch larger, so it doesn’t get lost in the fur.
