For side release buckle collars use the neck measurement.

All collars are HANDMADE with love in the USA. They’re assembled using aircraft-grade 480lb cable, double crimped swags, and 1 inch welded O-ring (slip-on; standard connection). Assembly tested to OVER 400lbs. For more information on our collars, visit our Product Info page.

Her neck measures 21.5 so I ordered the 22” and it’s a bit loose, but believe the 21” would have been too tight. Will purchase again in the future. Very satisfied with the quality.
